Start with the Help section inside the app. It covers building your timeline, roles and run sheets, printing, offline use and backups. Your purchase also included a PDF quick start guide, so keep it handy.
Your plan lives in the browser you typed it into, on that device. If you open the app in a different browser, in a private/incognito window, or on another device, you will see a blank project. Your plan is not lost; it is simply in the other browser. Go back to the browser you used before, then use Export project and Import project to move your plan wherever you like. Clearing browser history or website data does delete the plan, so keep a recent export as a backup.
Every run sheet has its own Print / Save PDF button, and Print all role sheets puts each role on its own page. In the print dialog choose Save as PDF to make files you can text or email to each vendor. On iPhone and iPad, use the share icon in the print preview to save or send the PDF. If a sheet ever prints incorrectly, close the print dialog, tap the button again once, and it will rebuild the sheet freshly.
Amber highlights are not errors. They are the app being your day-of coordinator. They appear when two items overlap, or when the gap between two different locations is shorter than that location's travel time plus your buffer. Adjust the start times, durations or travel times until the warnings clear, or keep them if you know the day can absorb it.
First use Export project (top of the app) to back up, then refresh the page. Still stuck?
